One of Dunedin's hidden treasures, the specialist rhododendron collection at Tannock Glen dates back to 1975 and since then has been nurtured and developed by members of the Dunedin Rhododendron Group.

A large number of rare species collected from the wild, plus choice local hybrids can be seen from the gravelled paths through the 1.7ha site.

Mature trees and unusual shrubs complement this magical woodland garden overlooking Otago Harbour.
